Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s a well-appointed bathroom for your convenience. The heart of the cabin is the wood stove, which adds a rustic and comforting ambiance to your stay. You’ll also have access to satellite TV and internet, so you can stay connected to the outside world if you choose to. The Shack is located close to 2 local golf courses: Quarry Oaks & Girouxsalem.

My wife and I have the privilege of staying at the Shack and we absolutely love it, so much so, we’ve stayed there twice! The first time was in spring and the other in fall and there’s something special about staying in this rustic yet very comfortable cabin. Imagine a fire is going in the wood stove, you hear the cracking of the wood burning while sipping on a cup of coffee, and then not surprisingly, you see through the window a couple of white-tailed deer strolling across the yard. Outside, the well kept trails that lead back into the forest offer a beautiful tranquility that’s punctuated by the chirping of squirrels or the chickadee flitting by and the crunching of leaves and twigs underfoot. The hosts, or rather, “Superhosts” are super accommodating and they make staying at the Shack so enjoyable. The Shack truly offers the perfect get away that’s still so close to Steinbach and surrounding golf courses, you’ll not be sorry you stayed! We certainly give the Shack a 5 out of 5 rating!
